Retreats

We offer three overnight retreat opportunities during the year. Our Women’s Retreat happens the second weekend after Labor Day each year. Our Men’s Retreat is scheduled in October and our Craft and Quilt Retreat runs from the first Thursday of October to that Saturday evening. All three events are planned with you in mind. We do our best to bring in speakers, workshop leaders and music leaders who will minister to your needs. Please consider getting away from the pressures and stress of everyday life for just a few hours. Come, be refreshed and encouraged at a New Life Island Retreat.

Senior Saints Day

Tuesday, June 11, is the date for this year’s Senior Saints Day. We will have a time of singing before lunch, and then enjoy a musical performance. We will have our famous New Life Island barbecued chicken as well!

Ladies Retreat

The Ladies Retreat will be held on September 13 & 14. The retreat brochure will be available below.

Craft and Quilt Retreat

This is a fun retreat! If you are looking for a time to get away, work on your projects and have some great fellowship, this is the event for you. Come out and join us for a fun and uplifting retreat. The dates are October 2 – 5.

Men’s Retreat

A retreat for men, on October 11 &12. Come and do things your wife won’t let you do in the house, like throwing a tomahawk! We have a lot of fun, eat some great food, and generally have a good time! But the most important thing about this retreat is helping our men grow in their love for the Lord, their families, and their brothers in Christ.
