New Life Island is available for rent on certain dates. Generally, from April 15 to October 31 the camp is available on any date that there is no New Life Island event scheduled. (Check our calendar.)

Facilities

Dining Hall – Our dining hall is a beautiful, rustic building with a hardwood floor, pine paneling, and a huge fireplace. We can seat up to 200 for meals. During the colder weather we use the dining hall as a combination dining/meeting area. The dining hall has a sound system and projection capabilities.

South Cabins – The four south cabins have seven bunks for a total of fourteen beds. The floors are carpeted and the walls are painted drywall. These cabins also have a restroom.

North Cabins – The five north cabins have ten beds each, four bunks and two twin beds. The floors are cement with paneled walls. Campers staying in the north cabins use a central bathhouse.

Pavilion – During the warm months chapel services can be held in our pavilion. The pavilion can seat up to 300. It has a complete sound system and projection capabilities.

Activities

Canoeing and tubing on the river. These activities are great fun and are very popular. Of course they are only available during the warm months, and when the river is at a safe level. There is no additional fee, but a release form must be completed.

Paintball is available for up to 24 participants. Our course is in the woods at the north end of the island. There is an additional fee and a release form to be completed.

Our high and low ropes courses are available for our groups who would like a group or individual challenge. They are great for a team-building day. There is an additional fee and a release form to be completed.

Other activities on the island include: Basketball, tennis, sand volleyball, Frisbee golf, horseshoes, shuffleboard, carpetball, hiking, swimming, and plenty of space for games.

Guest Group Fees

Twenty-four hour retreat with three meals and almost all camp activities: $40.00

Forty-eight hour retreat with six meals $70.00

Seventy-two hour retreat with nine meals $100.00

All prices are per person. Call for special rates for family and customized retreats.

There is an extra charge for High Ropes, the Pool, and Paintball.
